It looks like an “International Coffee Day” event will be held on Tuesday, October 1 at the Starbucks in Tateishi-cho along Rinko-sen.

Here it is↓

“International Coffee Day” is a commemorative day established by the International Coffee Organization in 2014. It apparently comes from the fact that, in Brazil’s coffee harvesting and shipping cycle, one year runs from October 1 through the end of September the following year. On this day, many coffee-related events and campaigns are held.
At Starbucks’ “International Coffee Day,” it seems you can enjoy coffee while talking about the future of coffee, and they’ll also introduce customized ways to enjoy new coffees〜☕️

There also seems to be a session, limited to 8 people, where they’ll teach you how to brew delicious coffee at home〜. It’s possible that events may be held at other Starbucks locations too〜
Here is the Nishinomiya Tateishi store on the map↓
The address is 2 Tateishi-cho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
