It looks like a 10-story apartment building will be built on the building used by Ozeki next to Maruai.

The Building Will Be 10 Stories Tall, with a Site Area of 6,600 Square Meters

According to the source, Construction News, this is a condominium project by Hankyu Hanshin Properties, with 181 residential units.

It will be 10 stories tall and 29.99 meters high.

The site area is listed as 6,600 square meters, so it seems the area where Ozeki’s warehouse-like building stands will become the apartment building.

When I tried using this area calculation tool,

it came out like this, so that means this entire site will become the apartment building.

So it really does seem to be this location!

Finally

This may become the tallest building in the area around Imazu Dezaikecho.

Depending on the direction, it seems like you’d be able to see things like last month’s Ashiya Summer Carnival and the Nishinomiya fireworks from the 10th floor of the apartment building being built here.
