Following the ban on barbecues and similar activities, it looks like the parking lots at Omaehama and Shin Nishinomiya Yacht Harbor will be unavailable for a while to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

It appears the parking lot is closed “from April 29 until further notice.”
Ropes had also been put up.
This is in front of Shin Nishinomiya Yacht Harbor.
There was a sign saying “Parking lot closed.”
Some signs were being installed right then.
This parking lot appears to be closed from May 2 to May 10.
The parking lot on the west side of Koshienhama was also closed.
Like the parking lot at Omaehama, this one is also closed “from April 29 until further notice.”
The parking lot on the east side is apparently still open (according to the Nishinomiya City website)
In Closing
With the state of emergency likely to be extended, this is probably the city’s decision to help people avoid crowded places and close contact.
We may end up spending even more time at home, but there must be fun things we can do precisely because of the situation we’re in now!
By the way, the other day I had a Zoom reunion with my classmates from Yomikai Elementary School (free, unofficial all-you-can-drink).
The kids were really curious too! They kept jumping into the screen, and it turned into quite the lively gathering＾＾
