Yesterday, Tuesday, December 17, I went to check out the inside of the newly opened food theme park in Nishinomiya, “Food Life♥♥LOPIA.”
They’re currently limiting entry〜
On opening day, the line was so huge that some people gave up on going in. （Apparently 400 people were already lined up before opening

The address is 1-26 Imazu Minatomachi, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture, on the 2nd floor of Kohnan Nishinomiya Imazu.
Shacho-mi took a look inside LOPIA too, so I’ll show you what the atmosphere was like.

Vegetable and Fruit Section (Yaomonoya Azuma)
Right after you enter,
we’ll take a look at the vegetable and fruit section〜
Huge bunches of bananas. I’ve never seen anything like this〜! It said they made them cheaper than the flyer price. They were 322 yen at the time
A winter classic. The mandarins are sold out〜. They sell them in 3kg boxes, huh…
Still, there were so many customers.
The broccoli that was in the flyer. It looked super fresh〜. 106 yen until 12/19
The daikon radishes are huge. And this display style is really fun.
Bunashimeji mushrooms. That price is for two packs〜.
A whole Chinese cabbage was 205 yen. With bunashimeji and Chinese cabbage, you pretty much have to make hot pot〜
Banana flower?? One of LOPIA’s features is that they sell mysterious items like this too. Apparently it has a texture like bamboo shoots

It’s durian〜
Not hibernation, but seasonal sleep. They preserve peaches right at their peak season.
These Tianjin roasted chestnuts. They’re seriously heavy! The size is very LOPIA.
They have frozen chocolate bananas〜. I’m curious about these〜
Fresh Fish Section (Nihonbashi Uoman)

Whoa! What is this〜
It’s butterflied alfonsino〜! So big〜. It looks perfect for hot pot. This is an opening-only special sale. The sliced coho salmon next to it was impressive too
Crab〜. Amazing quality at this low price! It’s magic: the more you buy, the better the deal〜
Fresh salmon air-shipped from Chile that has never been frozen. It’s fatty and really delicious! This is also an opening-only special sale
And the sushi items were amazing.
Large portions of toppings for hand-rolled sushi. These would be great for birthdays and such.
