Apparently the “Sakura Light-Up” being held at the 4th-floor Sky Garden of Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens is now in full bloom〜.

Even so, the colors of this sakura light-up are incredibly pretty. I wondered if there was some secret behind it, so I looked into it.
Apparently these lighting fixtures are special.
