According to Roxy819, interior construction had been going on for a while, and it seems a sign was recently put up.
The octopus has turned into Napoleon!? 😲

The address is 1F, 2-4 Koshien Kyubancho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo. The space was previously 今夜もアイス, and before that 神戸餃子楼 was here.
What’s around “ピンタコ ナポレオン”
Diagonally across the street are au and LaLaport Koshien.
If you go this way, you’ll find Hokka Hokka Tei, Okan-chi, Nagata Orthopedic Clinic, and more, before reaching Koshien-suji. Whenever we write about this spot, it always feels like Ryuji is at the bento place…
In the opposite direction, there’s Ito-Yokado, Nishinomiya Higashi High School, Sushiro, Naruo Fire Station, and more, leading toward Ozone Line.

With such a striking sign, quite a few people may have been wondering, “What is that!?” Since it says “pink shock” and “Pintako,” could they be serving pink takoyaki…!? We’re curious. We’ll let you know again if we find out the opening date or other details.
