On the way back from an interview, at dusk, Mitsuo and I met.
Mitsuo looked at me with such a wistful expression.
That expression… it almost feels like he’s trying to tell me something.
Since it’s a microcar made by Mitsuoka Motor, it’s “Mitsuo.”
Apparently, the model is called “MC-1.”
Those eyebrows are just too cute.

There’s even a cargo bed in the back! It would make a great official car for Nishitsu, and it seems perfect for our “takeout coverage” trips!
Just as I was thinking that, the manager of “まっつんパワーモータース,” the owner, came out to talk to us.
He told us, “It’ll be gone soon. It sold at auction!”
It seems Mitsuo has found a new owner after all.
Now that he said that, Mitsuo’s face even started to look a little pleased, almost like he was grinning.
Turns out Mitsuo was actually quite popular.
