It looks like they are currently open from 10:30 to 14:00.

The address is 1-1-3 Kami-Koshien, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
On Google Maps it is listed as “Closed,” but it has not closed. Just to be safe, Nishi2 has submitted a request to Google Maps saying that they are open!
Kankodo Kami-Koshien Store
This is what it looks like across the street.
If you go this way, you’ll find the recently opened pastry workshop “pâtisserie Éclat de Sourire,” the Taiwanese castella shop “カバのおしり,” Honwaka Shopping Street, and then on toward Amagasaki.
If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll find One Karubi, Ministop, and then on toward Royal Home Center and Hanshin-Kokudo.
We’re told that the main Koshien store is also operating with similarly shortened hours.
The Hirota store appears to be open from 10:00 to 16:30, and we were told it will be closed on February 15 and 16.
The exquisite flavor of their okaki-maki rice cracker rolls. There’s really nothing else like it.
Finally
Previously, the shop was almost always temporarily closed and only opened once in a while. This time, since they will apparently be open almost every day, even if with shorter hours, many people are probably feeling relieved.
