It looks like a tapioca specialty shop called “Bubble tea style8” is opening in Kofuen.
Here↓

On the map, it’s here↓
The address is 1-3-3 Kofuen, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
There used to be a rental real estate agency called Homemate at this location, but it has moved within the same building.

Across the street are Apaman Shop and Tsukuneya.

If you go this way, you’ll soon reach the end of the street. Turn right and you’ll come out by the Tsumon River, near the Mos Burger.

If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll find Nishikita Park, and very soon you’ll reach the northwest exit of Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi Station.
Could this be Kansai’s first cheese tea specialty shop?!
It looks like it will open in late August.

The sign says a Kansai-first cheese tea specialty shop is coming to Nishikita.
(It seems cheese tea has already arrived in Kansai, so it’s more like Nishikita’s first.)
There was an Instagram address written there, so we checked it out.
It looks like they’re recruiting opening staff ahead of the launch.
They also had a Facebook page. They were posting job openings there as well.

Finally
Along the route used by Kwansei Gakuin students in Kotoen, there has apparently been a specialty shop called Smile Factory for quite some time, and recently a tapioca specialty shop also opened in Koshienguchi. Now that one has finally opened in Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi too, it feels like more may start popping up here and there in other parts of Nishinomiya.
