It looks like a new shop called “芳寿豚専門 焼売の◯山” is opening in Fundocho along Route 171. It’s where “Ramen Tesshin” used to be.
(Thanks to Kaeitsu-san, Jukkai no Mosquito-san, and Kopi Luwak-san for the info!)
Here’s the map↓
The address is 1-29 Fundocho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
“芳寿豚専門 焼売の◯山”
When we searched for “焼売の◯山,” we couldn’t find any other shops, but
the pig logo (character?) was the same as a shop called “Kitashinchi Gyozaya”!

This one↓
“Kitashinchi Gyozaya” seems to be a gyoza specialty shop, but it may be an affiliated store or franchise using the same brand pork, “芳寿豚”!
Area Around “芳寿豚専門 焼売の◯山”

It’s on the first floor of the blue “Fundo Building” along National Route 171.

Across the street, ramen shops line up, including “Ramen Tanron”, “Hiidashiya”, and “Marutaka Chuka Soba Nishinomiya”!

If you go this way, you’ll reach the Yamate Kansen road.
At the intersection, there’s “Ramen Yumedai Nishinomiya”.

On the opposite side is Super Maruhachi, which is currently undergoing renovation. If you keep going, you’ll reach Route 2 and Hanshin Nishinomiya Station.
Finally
“芳寿豚” is said to be a rare pork raised with great care in a very sanitary environment in Shimabara, Nagasaki Prefecture. The meat is apparently springy, juicy, and tender!
I love shumai, so I want to go buy some as soon as the shop opens〜🙋
Kaeitsu-san, Jukkai no Mosquito-san, and Kopi Luwak-san, thank you for the information!!
