The “Nishinomiya Beach Resort” That Even Locals Somehow Don’t Know About
Nishinomiya Beach Resort is near Omaehama Park and Omaehama Bridge.

Remember the name 2438 Beach Resort. Will they put up a sign?
The Much-Talked-About Greengrocer Winning Over Nishinomiya Housewives
The show featured “噂の八百屋さん,” a greengrocer with three locations in the city: the Shukugawa shop, Koshien shop, and Hama-Koshien shop.
Apparently, the Koshien shop appeared on TV.
They sell rare vegetables you can’t find elsewhere. They said they stock high-quality items for people in Nishinomiya with a taste for the finer things.
There are things like incredibly long eggplants, somen squash that turns into noodle-like strands when boiled and loosened, and a crunchy vegetable called okahijiki.
Their roasted sweet potatoes were also featured.

According to Junya@cat lover, they were so sweet that you can totally understand why people keep coming back for them! It seems the Hama-Koshien shop also sold small ones. They come in a paper bag, but the syrup can make a serious mess, so putting them in a plastic bag is a must.

They compared the roasted sweet potatoes from 噂の八百屋さん with the ones from Ito-Yokado.
They said they used to be satisfied with Yokado’s and bought one every time they went, but when they ate Yokado’s first and then the greengrocer’s, they could really taste how much sweeter the greengrocer’s was. Of course, the price is different too!
(Yokado’s roasted sweet potatoes also need a plastic bag.)
Unfortunately, due to various circumstances, the shop in Otani-cho never opened, so we only have that article m(__)mSo Tempting You Can’t Help Reaching for It?! An Irresistible Hamburg Steak
Koshien Teppan Meshi was introduced as selling 1,000 hamburg steaks a month.

The moment you put it in your mouth, it melted away!

Here’s the vending machine on the map↓
The address is 11-28 Hanazono-cho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
They’re selling like crazy. It may get to the point where production can’t keep up again. I’m guessing they’re probably sold out today.
The Strange Nishinomiya Mystery of a Man Who Devoted His Life to Yamaimo
The owner, who loves yamaimo, apparently narrowed his focus down to ramen in order to take yamaimo to the world.

As they said in the studio, “It goes really well together.” The charcoal aroma apparently comes from binchotan charcoal oil.
Here’s the map for Yamaimo Kenkyujo↓
The address is Kida Building 1F, 1-35-B Ikebiraki-cho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
For some reason, even people who dislike yamaimo go to this shop, so yamaimo lovers are definitely going to go. 100% of them.
Nishinomiya’s Otherworldly Space: A Mysterious Satoyama That Draws People In
The show featured Shanta-san, the owner of Little Lanka, the Sri Lankan curry restaurant famous in Funasaka.

As shops in Funasaka, they also mentioned the old-house cafe “つむつむ” and the Hokkaido cheese specialty
