The address is 6-26 Toda-cho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture. This used to be the site of Gyoza no Ohsho Hanshin Nishinomiya.

Across the street is the pachinko parlor Hanadensha.
If you go this way, you’ll reach Fudabasuji Line. Continue straight and you’ll arrive in front of Hanshin Nishinomiya Station.
If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll find the building where Grill Ippei is scheduled to open, as well as Ginchou and other places.

Lastly
At 3,278 yen including tax, it seems like what you’d call a budget gym. Since they describe it as a “convenience-store gym” and one has already opened in Ashiya too, maybe we’ll be seeing more and more of them around the city.
