The “Kohnan PRO” being built near the Nishinomiya-Kita Interchange is apparently scheduled to open on October 28.
This PDF included details of the site layout. It looks like there will be 28 parking spaces, and cars won’t be able to enter from the Osawa-Nishinomiya Line. The entrance and exit will apparently be on the north side of the store.

There used to be a pachinko parlor called Miku-chan Gaia here.

If you go this way, you’ll find Nagare-zushi Sandaime Otowa next door, along with Udon no Iwashiya, Hirooka Kihachiro’s Steakhouse Sandaya, and other spots, leading toward Route 176 where the Tenjobashi intersection is located.
If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll find the entrance to the Nishinomiya-Kita Interchange and the road toward Taoji Station.
According to the source, the opening was also planned for around August. Construction was said to begin in February, but so far there didn’t seem to be any changes at the site.

There is already a Kohnan near Taoji Station, but having one at this location should make things much more convenient. As for the difference between Kohnan and Kohnan PRO, the PRO stores are known for carrying a wide range of building materials and specialized tools.
