I wondered if Kobe Toyopet on Yamate Kansen was relocating, but after checking…

It turns out Kobe Toyopet Ashiya in Ashiya is currently undergoing renovation work,

and it has been sharing space with Kobe Toyopet along Yamate Kansen. Ashitsuu article → “Kobe Toyopet Ashiya” along National Route 2 is being rebuilt.

The Ashiya store is still under construction, so this is apparently the relocation of the Ashiya store that had been sharing space with the Nishinomiya store. The construction is expected to take about another two years.
Information around “Kobe Toyopet Ashiya”

Across Route 171 is Cocokara Fine, which opened in December.

If you go this way, turning left takes you to Shiyakusho-mae Line, and turning right takes you to Hirota Sando-suji. If you keep going straight, you’ll reach National Route 2 and then Fudaba-suji Line.

In the opposite direction is Nishinomiya Central Gymnasium, toward Mondo-Yakujin Station.
Finally
This location was originally Lexus and was owned by Kobe Toyopet. It had been temporarily leased to Porsche, and now Kobe Toyopet Ashiya will be moving in. In two years, the Ashiya store will return to Ashiya. I wonder what will happen here next.
