We received a report on the ramen specialty shop “DURA麺TE”, which is holding a two-day-only reception yesterday, the 17th, and today, the 18th♪

This time, from Hamaam @ Nishitsu Supporter♪ We’re bringing you the “Chicken Paitan Red” from the ramen specialty shop “DURA麺TE”, currently holding a two-day-only reception!

Whoa! That soup looks like it’s going to be rich♪

The lightly red, foamy, rich and creamy chicken paitan soup blends perfectly with the sharp heat of the red jang, giving it a bold, punchy flavor!

The spiciness of red jang!! I want to try that✨

The noodles are thin and straight. It was labeled “extra spicy,” but there was chicken umami within the heat, so it felt just right♪

Wait, what is this!? That pillar of flame is amazing!!

Fiiiiiire!🔥🔥

This is what was being cooked in those flames! The Satsuma Chiran chicken, slowly grilled, has an irresistible charcoal-grilled aroma! Crispy on the outside and satisfyingly juicy inside✨

You can also change up the flavor with the provided yuzu kosho♪ The refreshing aroma of yuzu and the peppery heat make it even more appetizing〜

Yuzu kosho is totally my kind of thing.

This one was enjoyed by Junya @ Nishitsu Supporter. With the “Black Rice,” a mixed rice dish featuring charcoal-grilled Satsuma Chiran chicken, it’s chicken all the way!

This one was enjoyed by Sasako @ Nishitsu Supporter. The long, thin item at the bottom right is apparently fried burdock root〜
