This is one of the projects run by Nishinomiya Next Generation Support Association (NO BARS), a specified nonprofit corporation. “Ochano-ma Petit Dagashiya-san,” which had previously been held in rental meeting rooms, is apparently opening as a permanent shop from July.
It seems they’re aiming to create a welcoming, community “living room”-style place where people can connect, look out for one another, shine, and feel supported.
