The Chinese restaurant “長来軒” near Imazu Station has closed.
It looks like “にしのみやラーメン野球部” will be opening in the same location.

The address is 13-6 Tsutogawacho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture.

Across the street is a temporary bicycle parking area under the Hanshin Railway elevated tracks.
If you go this way, you’ll reach the Tsutogawa River, and if you keep going, you’ll come out onto Fukushi Center-suji Street.
In the opposite direction, the road you can see is the Imazu West Line, and if you cross it, you’ll find Hanshin Imazu Station.
Opening Date Unknown
にしのみやラーメン is likely part of the same group as the shop near Koshienguchi along Route 2. They both have the same light Ise-ebi lobster soup, too.
The sign is already up, but it doesn’t seem to be open yet.
We couldn’t find any specific details, such as when it will open.
We also couldn’t confirm whether the official name is simply “にしのみやラーメン野球部” or something longer.
The sign says it’s “a place where baseball fans gather,” so maybe they’ll be showing baseball games on TV and such. We’re curious to see what it’ll be like.
In Closing
We don’t know when 長来軒 closed. It was apparently a place with a nostalgic Showa-era atmosphere, and it seems to have been a Chinese restaurant that even served omurice. On top of that, people said it was inexpensive and tasty.
It’s always sad when a long-running restaurant closes.
