Tapioca drinks have been hugely popular over the past few years, but some say the next big thing will be “bananas.”
So this time, we’re visiting a banana juice shop.
Near Hankyu Nishinomiya-kitaguchi Station, along the Yamate Kansen road, there’s a hair salon called “Launa Hair.” About two years ago, a takeout-only banana juice shop was added inside.
A banana juice shop attached to a hair salon is pretty unusual.
What kind of place is it?

“8″77 (Banana)” Banana Juice
There are several banana juice options on the menu, but this time I went with the most popular one, “Kinako Banana” (400 yen).
They make the juice right in front of you after you place your order.
Of course, the bananas are fresh too.
I took a photo in front of the shop.
Since I was there, I took one from the other side too.
You can see Konan University and Nishinomiya Gardens in the background.
This banana juice is very rich, so much so that it takes a little effort to drink through the straw.
But you can really enjoy the gentle sweetness of the banana, and it feels like it would be good for your body and give you an energy boost.
This time I tried the kinako version, but there are lots of other menu items that also look kind to the body.
