LaLaport Koshien appears to be setting up a dedicated pre-opening waiting line for Workman Plus, which opens on Thursday, March 21.

【Important】About the dedicated pre-opening waiting line for Workman Plus | LaLaport Koshien
According to the linked page, a dedicated waiting line will be set up to avoid congestion.
The waiting area will be near the Food Stadium entrance on the 2nd floor.
If you are there before the facility opens (scheduled for around 9:50), it seems you will be guided with priority to the waiting line inside the building.
This dedicated waiting line is scheduled for the following dates.
■Scheduled dates for the dedicated waiting line
3/21 (Thu., holiday) – 3/24 (Sun.), 3/30 (Sat.), 3/31 (Sun.)※A similar dedicated waiting line may also be prepared on dates other than those above depending on the situation.
※If you line up in the dedicated pre-opening waiting line, only the stairs will be available.
※If you line up after customers in the dedicated pre-opening waiting line have been brought inside the facility,
you will need to wait until the regular facility opening time.
※Customers arriving by car before opening should use Parking Lot G (westbound on Rinko Line), which will open from 8:00.
Where Workman Plus is located
Workman Plus is located on the 2nd floor, next to Shizuya, a dagashi candy shop.
Right near the food court ↓
There are notices about the opening of Workman Plus at the entrance of LaLaport Koshien and throughout the mall.
