It looks like the building near Amagasaki Shinkin Bank on the Fudabasuji Line is going to be demolished.
↓Here it is

Here it is on the map↓
The address is 11-1 Honmachi, Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture.

If you go this way, you’ll find Hanshin Nishinomiya Station, along with places like Jankara and MUFG Bank, and it leads out to National Route 2.

If you go in the opposite direction, National Route 43 is right nearby. Continue straight and you’ll find okonomiyaki restaurant Ikkyu-san, Baskin-Robbins, and Starbucks, heading toward Nishinomiya-hama.
The building being demolished is the former headquarters of C.S.P., a company that went bankrupt
This building was apparently the headquarters of C.S.P., an apparel retailer that went bankrupt. The land is now reportedly owned by BiVa Holdings, a staffing-related company.
The building has four floors, and demolition work is expected to be completed in late May.
C.S.P. was apparently founded in Showa 61 (1986). It’s unclear when the building itself was constructed, but it seemed like an older building.
We don’t know whether another building will be constructed after this demolition, but it looks like the streetscape around here is going to change.
