It looks like you can join free fitness sessions at Decathlon in Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens.
This article is brought to you by “ALBOBBY,” a salon that supports Nishitsu.
Here it is↓

They’re held every Tuesday morning from 10:30 to 11:30.
This seems like a helpful service for beginners who want to try fitness but don’t know where to start, or for people working out at home who aren’t sure if they’re doing things correctly. Since you can book a one-off session, it feels easy to join casually too.
You can sign up at the store’s welcome counter or online. November reservations and December reservations
Participants must be 16 or older and should bring easy-to-move-in clothing, a towel, a drink, a mask, and athletic shoes.
There are also events like this↓

They have programs like this for kids too.
Kids often don’t know what they’re suited for, so it’s nice for them to try different things.
There is a fee, but it’s 500 yen per session, so it’s pretty easy to take part.

Adults can also try things like Pilates. It’s nice that most of the sessions are small-group style.
For more details, please check the November schedule and December schedule.
If you want to do some kind of sport in Nishinomiya but aren’t sure where to start, Decathlon is a good option.
