We bought every kind of mini croissant from “KAGARIBI-燎-,” a mini croissant specialty shop along National Route 2 in Tsuto Inari-cho.
Here it is↓

It just opened last month on November 29. Freshly opened.

What we bought at “KAGARIBI-燎-”
When you order, they make them freshly fried for you. It takes about 5 minutes, maybe.

Plain, sugar, chocolate, strawberry: 8 total for 371 yen (tax included) Calculated by weight
Plain↓

The surface is crisp, flaky, and fragrant, while the inside has plenty of well-layered dough, so even though it’s mini, it’s really satisfying! With the dough’s natural gentle sweetness, it works well with meals too👌
Sugar↓

As you can probably tell from the photo, it has a light sugar coating that adds just a hint of sweetness. The pastry doesn’t crumble too much either, so it seems just right as a snack for kids.
Chocolate↓

It has a solid chocolate flavor, but it’s not too sweet. Just the right balance. This one was super crispy too!
Strawberry↓

Can you see how it’s lightly tinted pink?
When you put it in your mouth, a gentle strawberry aroma comes through. It’s the kind of thing that makes you go, “Oh, so this is what a strawberry croissant tastes like.” I’d love for you to try it at least once.
The Menu and Shop Atmosphere
Menu↓

For now, there are four types of croissants. You can order by weight or by quantity.

This is how you place your order.

Final Thoughts
Originally, each type was sold from 100g and up, but apparently they also started selling individual pieces in response to customer requests. (From Instagram on 12/5)
It’s nice being able to buy a little bit of each flavor and try them all. This is the kind of place you’ll probably end up coming back to.
