A creative Japanese restaurant called “桜屋” has opened along the road by Koshien Tennis School.

I went to take photos during the day, so the shutter was down<m(__)m>
This space used to be “Bistro 旬彩亭.”
Here it is on the map↓
The address is 2-13 Koshien Amibiki-cho, Nishinomiya.
Around “桜屋”

Across the street is A bientot.

If you go this way, you’ll find Koshien Tennis School, 樹(たつき), Tigers Lawson, and then head toward Koshien Station. The elevated Hanshin Expressway is visible far in the distance.

If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll come out onto Shin-Koshien Shopping Street, where Community Tsuda is located at the end of the road. えだ屋, which we covered in an article about drinking at an izakaya for 3,000 yen, is also nearby.
Menu
It looks like the restaurant opened on January 24.
Here’s the menu↓

It seems to be a restaurant centered on Japanese cuisine.
It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy seafood dishes, with items like sea bream sashimi, striped jack sashimi, and shirako ponzu for 800 yen, miso-marinated Spanish mackerel for 600 yen, and simmered sardines with ginger for 400 yen.
The business days and hours are unclear, but the photo was taken at 12 noon on a Monday. Maybe it’s only open at night?? I’ll update this once I find out.
Finally
Since it offers creative dishes centered on Japanese cuisine, I think this is a pretty valuable spot where you can enjoy seafood at reasonable prices. They also seem to have a wide selection of local sake and shochu, so if you’re curious, why not stop by sometime?
