It looks like a specialty coffee shop called “BUNDY BEANS” is opening in Koshien Sanbancho along Koshien-suji.
(This information was provided by chulashiho. Thank you!)
Here it is↓

The opening notice↓

It is scheduled to open in mid-July.

Here it is on the map↓
The address is 1F Shimano Building, 1-20 Koshien Sanbancho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo.
Around BUNDY BEANS

There is a Japan drugstore across the street.

If you go this way, you’ll find the supermarket “KOHYO,” the Baumkuchen shop “Käbe Kaiser,” and “Matsuba Eye Clinic,” which we wrote about when it opened last month, leading toward Koshien Station.

If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll find Seven-Eleven, “Aoi Tori,” which we previously featured in a takeout article, and “Kikyodo,” leading toward National Route 2.

This is the logo. They were also hiring. Apparently electronic resumes are a thing now.
In Closing
This shop already has its first location in Kurakuen-guchi, so this appears to be its second branch. The owner is apparently a former member of the baseball club at Naruo High School, so opening a shop in an area with such a strong personal connection must carry some meaning. If you love coffee, why not give it a try?
