It looks like something new is being built in the New Futaba Sun Mall shopping street in Murokawa-cho, under the Hankyu elevated tracks.

Interior work apparently started around the end of April, and it looks like something resembling a counter is being built inside.

The address is 1-28 Murokawa-cho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture. This is the former location of “Yakiimo/Kanmidokoro Imosho.”
Area around “the new shop under the Hankyu elevated tracks”
Across the street is Wako Kindergarten.
If you go this way, you’ll find Tempura Takara, Oshokujidokoro Mimatsu, Dining Kinoshita, and other spots, leading toward Route 171.
If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll find places like Nishinomiya Watanabe Hospital, leading toward Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi.
