This is a follow-up to our previous article. It looks like the commercial facility being built in Shukugawa is scheduled for completion in August 2021.

The address is around 7 Otani-cho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture.
Building Size and Details
Construction appears to be starting in early November.
The facility will be two stories, with a total floor area of 3,492㎡.
There will be six buildings↓
“Koshienguchi Green Place,” which opened last year, is 1,988㎡, so this will be about 1.7 times larger.
The parking lot will reportedly have space for 99 cars.
The parking lot at Joshin along Route 171, which opened last year, has 65 spaces, so you can get a sense that this will be fairly large in scale.
All we know so far is that the facility will include shops and a clinic; the specific tenants are still unknown.
In Closing
A commercial facility of a similar scale is also coming next year near Mukogawa Danchi-mae. Next year, Nishinomiya will be getting two fairly large commercial facilities.
