It looks like a Times parking lot is coming to Honmachi along the Fudabasuji Line.
Here↓

Here it is on the map↓
The address is 11-1 Honmachi, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
This used to be the headquarters building of an apparel manufacturer called C.S.P., which went bankrupt in May 2015.
We wrote an article about it before.
Around the Times at Honmachi 11-1

This is what it looks like across the street.

In this direction, there’s Amagasaki Shinkin Bank, and it leads toward Hanshin Nishinomiya Station, where Ebista Nishinomiya is located.

If you go in the opposite direction, the elevated road is Route 43. If you turn right before that and go straight, you’ll reach Nishinomiya Shrine.
Scheduled to open on September 20
Construction appears to run from August 26 to September 19, with the opening set for September 20.
I didn’t realize it takes less than a month to build a parking lot.

Finally
There are a handful of coin-operated parking lots around here, so it feels like there’s enough for everyday use. But during Toka Ebisu in January, all the coin parking lots in this area fill up. Even one more parking lot where people can find a spot will probably help quite a few people. The lot is spacious too, so it looks like it could fit a decent number of cars.
