Nishinomiya City has launched a shopping street premium shopping voucher and point sticker program, and it looks like “Hankyu Shukugawa Shopping Road Sun Seven,” located under the elevated Hankyu Railway tracks, will be selling “premium shopping vouchers” that can be used at over 50 participating shops there and in the surrounding area.
