It looks like the “福祉会館” along Fukushi Center-suji is going to be demolished.
Here↓

It says, Demolition work is underway at Fukushi Kaikan.
The scheduled completion date for the work is September 29 this year.
I forgot to take a photo. This is a still taken from a video. Sorry about the poor image quality.
Here it is on the map↓
The address is 2-28 Tsutogawacho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Area Around Fukushi Kaikan

Across the street is Nishinomiya City General Welfare Center.

If you go this way, you’ll soon reach the Old National Route. Turn left and you’ll find SALON de D.P.S, known for cookie pudding. The elevated road you can see is Route 43.

In the opposite direction, there’s Saizeriya, which will close on February 20, as well as Seven-Eleven, Bordeaux, and beyond that Route 2 and JR Nishinomiya Station.
We went to check out the site↓
Lately, I’ve been reporting in the form of Shachomi~
In Closing
Fukushi Kaikan seems to have previously housed an organization called the Nishinomiya City Federation of Senior Citizens’ Clubs. The building appears to be under the jurisdiction of Nishinomiya City’s Welfare Town Planning Division, and when we contacted them, they said that as of now nothing has been decided about what will happen after the demolition. With Saizeriya on Fukushi Center-suji closing on February 20 and other developments, it feels like big news has been continuing in this area. We’ll share more updates about Fukushi Kaikan as soon as we hear anything new.
