Welcome to “This Week in Nishinomiya,” where we look back on the Nishinomiya openings, closings, and trending topics covered this week (4/25–5/1) by “Nishitsu (Nishinomiya Tsushin)”!
Access to our “List of restaurants in Nishinomiya and nearby areas offering takeout” has been growing day by day!
This week, this initiative was officially recognized by Nishinomiya City Hall! They linked to us from their “Nishinomiya Takeout & Delivery Information” page, and we think the information will continue to become even more complete going forward! We’ll keep improving usability too!
Ideas like “It would be easier to use if it worked like this…” are very welcome. Please feel free to send them through our information submission form.(We’re not sure we can make everything happen right away, but we’ll do our best to incorporate your ideas)

Things That Changed on Nishitsu This Week
There are three items this week.
We Made the Takeout Summary Page Easier to Use in Various Ways
On the “List of restaurants in Nishinomiya and nearby areas offering takeout” page, the genre filtering function now supports multiple genres.
Previously, each restaurant could only be registered under one genre, but now multiple genres can be registered.
Here’s what it looks like↓

Also, for restaurants listed on this takeout summary page, if Nishitsu has previously written a gourmet article about that restaurant, we added a display to make that easier to see.

And as for “chat support available,” this means that if you use the local information app “CiPPo Nishinomiya,” which Nishitsu has partnered with, you can chat with that shop. It’s pretty useful. We wrote the details here, so if you’re interested, please install the app. Nishinomiya residents will definitely find it useful, since it also sends notifications about crime prevention and disaster information in Nishinomiya.
We’re Pausing the “This Week’s Nishinomiya Hidden Character Hunt” for Now~~
We’ve been running the hidden character hunt in This Week’s Nishinomiya for several weeks, but we’re pausing it for now.
We’ll come up with something else fun that everyone can participate in, so please look forward to it!
We Couldn’t Change the Icon for the “Clap” Feature at the End of Articles (Excuse, Week 8)
This is a continuation from six weeks ago.
This thing we added to the end of articles six weeks ago↓

This icon.
We said we’d make it bigger, but we’ve left it alone for seven whole weeks now.
“…” No more excuses<m(__)m>
The total number of claps this week is 129. Last week it was 77, so it went up! Yayyyy!
Thank you for all the claps again this week! We’ll make the clap icon bigger during Golden Week.
Please Send Us Information
As always, we’re supported by all the information you send in.
We received lots of tips again this week! Thank you.
It’s Golden Week, and we know people probably aren’t going out much, but if you notice anything, we’d be happy if you sent us information anytime!
