A gym called “JOYFIT24” is apparently going to open in September in Komatsu Nishimachi along the Kosone Line.
The opening date has been set for October 1↓
We previously wrote an article saying a Gyomu Super would be built at this location. It will probably be built right next to it.
It’s currently under construction↓
This location used to be the pet shop “Amigo” and “Curtain Jutan Okoku.”

Around JOYFIT24 Naruo
Gakubun Junior High School is across the street.

If you go this way, you’ll find Gusto, Amagasaki Shinkin Bank, and other places, and if you keep going you’ll reach National Route 43.
If you go in the opposite direction, Ushiman is right next door, with Coop, Workman, and other shops nearby, and if you keep going you’ll find a docomo Shop and National Route 2.
Scheduled to open in September
It is scheduled to open in September as “JOYFIT24 Naruo.”
As the name suggests, JOYFIT24 is apparently available 24 hours a day.
It seems to be a chain, and there were already three locations in Nishinomiya City.
They appear to be in front of JR Nishinomiya Station, in front of Nishinomiya City Hall, and in Kamikoshien.
Members can use any location
The three existing locations in the city do not have parking lots.
The new Naruo location will have free parking, so it should be pretty convenient.
It seems that once you join, you can use any location.

Exterior and interior work appears to be underway

It’s still unclear whether it will be built on the former Curtain Jutan Okoku site or the former Amigo site.
There was scaffolding on the Curtain Jutan Okoku side too.
Could they be dismantling the Amigo and Curtain Jutan Okoku signs?
They’re doing some serious construction work.

Just the other day, we also wrote about Anytime Fitness, a 24-hour gym chain opening in Uegahara. There will also be a gym in Koshienguchi, so Nishinomiya’s gym opening rush continues.
