Since they’re kanji-only, they’re all Japanese, Chinese, or Korean restaurants
Here are the kanji-only restaurants listed from the West Mall side.
(Chinese cuisine)
(Korean cuisine)
It may be obvious, but since the names are kanji-only, the lineup ended up being 4 Japanese restaurants, 1 Chinese restaurant, and 1 Korean restaurant.
By the way, Daa from Nishi2 recently visited

Near the entrance to the food court on the 1st floor of Gardens, there’s 春水堂, the shop said to be the birthplace of tapioca milk tea. It’s not read “Harumizudou,” but “Chun Shui Tang.” Apparently, this 春水堂 is celebrating its 6th anniversary since arriving in Japan.
