It looks like the multi-story parking garage at Apuri Koto is temporarily closed.

There was a notice posted at the parking garage at Apuri Koto. It will be closed on February 28
According to the notice on-site, due to renovation work on the mechanical parking system,
・From 2/26 (Thu) to 2/28 (Sat), all units will be unavailable
・2/28 (Sat) is the main day when it cannot be used
That’s basically what it said.
Also, while the multi-story parking garage is closed, there is a notice saying, “Customers arriving by car are kindly asked to use GS Park (surface parking lot).”
If you’re planning to head there for the parking lot, please be especially careful on the 28th.
