麺屋NOROMA
麺屋NOROMA will open in the spot formerly occupied by “らーめんstyle JUNKSTORY” in Gardens Kitchen on the 1st floor of the Main Building. Before that, it was Kadoya Shokudo.
Here’s the ramen↓

This is a hugely popular shop from Nara Prefecture, known mainly for its chicken soba. The soup is chicken paitan. It looks like tsukemen may also be part of the lineup.
It opens on February 14.Oh, Valentine’s Day.
たけふく
This is an incredibly, incredibly, incredibly popular katsudon shop that Nishinomiya is proud of. It will open in the spot formerly occupied by “ローストビーフ星” in Gardens Kitchen on the 1st floor of the Main Building.
The main shop is actually only about a 2-minute walk from Gardens, but opening inside Gardens, where there’s parking, feels like a huge deal.
たけふく is famous for its katsudon, but its katsu curry bowl is also really popular.
If you can’t wait until March 8, try walking over from Gardens to the main shop.
石臼挽蕎麦 弦
The soba specialty shop “石臼挽蕎麦 弦” will open in the spot formerly occupied by “鶏丼や 博多華味鳥” in Gardens Kitchen on the 1st floor of the Main Building.

The soba specialty shop “石臼挽蕎麦 弦” seems to have locations in Sannomiya and Abeno Harukas.

This is the kind of look the shop will have.

Here’s what’s written in the menu area↓
チーズカレーお出汁うどん EN
“チーズカレーお出汁うどん EN” will open in the spot formerly occupied by “難波 千日前 釜たけうどん” in Gardens Kitchen on the 1st floor of the Main Building.

It’s apparently a sister shop of “おぼんdeごはん,” the restaurant on the 4th floor known for well-balanced handmade dishes.
Cheese curry dashi udon. Let’s show you a little of what it looks like!

Is that a generous topping of cheese on top? The green onions and meat appear to be beef.

Maybe the cheese dashi has melted into the curry here. Shrimp, lotus root, eggplant, pumpkin, and paprika, maybe? That’s a tempura bowl loaded with toppings!
全国ご当地グルメ屋台
“全国ご当地グルメ屋台” will open in the spot formerly occupied by “北極星” in Gardens Kitchen on the 1st floor of the Main Building.

It’s a shop that brings together local specialty foods from around Japan. Lots on the menu.

When you see this, doesn’t it make you think, “Oh, I’ll go with yakisoba”?

This is a pork bowl. Doesn’t the photo almost make it feel like you can smell how good it is?
CANTE GRANDE(カンテグランデ)
“CANTE GRANDE(カンテグランデ)” will open on the 3rd floor in the spot where “かんみこより” used to be.
Here it is on the floor map↓

It’s in front of the elevator on the southeast side of the Main Building’s 3rd floor.
