麺屋NOROMA
麺屋NOROMA will open in the spot where “らーめんstyle JUNKSTORY” used to be, in Gardens Kitchen on the 1st floor of the main building. Before that, it was Kadoya Shokudo.
Here’s the ramen↓

This is an extremely popular shop from Nara Prefecture, mainly known for its chicken soba. The soup is chicken paitan. Tsukemen will probably be part of the lineup too.
It opens on February 14. Oh, Valentine’s Day.
たけふく
A super, super, super popular katsudon shop that Nishinomiya is proud of. It will open in the spot where “ローストビーフ星” used to be, in Gardens Kitchen on the 1st floor of the main building.
The main shop is already only about a 2-minute walk from Gardens, but having it inside Gardens, with parking available, feels like a pretty huge deal.
たけふく is famous for katsudon, but its katsu curry bowl is also incredibly popular.
If you can’t wait until March 8, try walking over from Gardens to the main shop.
石臼挽蕎麦 弦
The soba specialty shop “石臼挽蕎麦 弦” will open in the spot where “鶏丼や 博多華味鳥” used to be, in Gardens Kitchen on the 1st floor of the main building.

The soba specialty shop “石臼挽蕎麦 弦” apparently also has locations in Sannomiya and Abeno Harukas.

This is what the shop is expected to look like.

Here’s what’s written in the menu area↓
チーズカレーお出汁うどん EN
“チーズカレーお出汁うどん EN” will open in the spot where “難波 千日前 釜たけうどん” used to be, in Gardens Kitchen on the 1st floor of the main building.

It’s apparently a sister shop of “おぼんdeごはん,” the 4th-floor restaurant known for well-balanced handmade meals.
Cheese curry dashi udon. Let’s show you a little of what it looks like!

Is that a generous amount of cheese on top? The green onions and meat are beef.

Maybe cheese dashi is melted into the curry here. Shrimp, lotus root, eggplant, pumpkin, paprika maybe? That’s a tempura bowl with lots of toppings!
全国ご当地グルメ屋台
“全国ご当地グルメ屋台” will open in the spot where “北極星” used to be, in Gardens Kitchen on the 1st floor of the main building.

It’s a shop that gathers regional gourmet foods from all over Japan. Lots on the menu.

Doesn’t this make you think, “Yeah, I’ll go with yakisoba”?

This is a pork bowl. Can’t you almost smell how good it is just from the photo?
CANTE GRANDE(カンテグランデ)
“CANTE GRANDE(カンテグランデ)” will open on the 3rd floor, where “かんみこより” used to be.
Here it is on the floor map↓

It’s in front of the elevator on the southeast side of the 3rd floor of the main building.
