There are several Italian restaurants on the 4th-floor restaurant level of Nishinomiya Gardens, and this time we’d like to introduce one of them: “TANTO TANTO Nishinomiya Gardens.”
It’s mainly a pasta restaurant, but they also seem to have an antipasto bar and salad bar.
Many people also seem to use it as a café, and even in the evening it’s always bustling with customers.
We visited during lunchtime this time, and apparently they also have menu items available only at lunch.

Food at “TANTO TANTO Nishinomiya Gardens”
Since we were there, we ordered the weekday lunch-only “Pelagattino Barrel Cheese Carbonara” (1,690 yen) and the “Dolce Set” (590 yen).
The “Dolce Set” includes the “drink bar” plus a “dolce.”
The menu says “October only,” but apparently that means it’s only offered at lunch in October; the menu item itself isn’t going away.
If you want to try it from November onward, visit during dinner time.
All of these lunch menu items come with the “Italian Antipasto Bar” and “Salad Bar.”

First, a welcome drink was brought to the table.
I’m not quite sure what it was, but it seemed like fruit juice.
It had a clean, refreshing sweetness and was delicious.
Of course, it was non-alcoholic.

While waiting for the pasta, we had some salad and appetizers from the “Salad Bar” and “Italian Antipasto Bar.”
We’ll introduce them later, but there’s quite a lot, so be careful not to fill up before your main dish.

Now, the main pasta arrived.
It’s served after being finished right in front of your table.
The pasta is tossed with melted cheese inside the cheese wheel, then moved onto the hot plate beside it and finished with grated cheese and black pepper.
Even the waiting time is exciting.

It’s ready!
This is the “Pelagattino Barrel Cheese Carbonara.”
Compared with regular carbonara, the cheese flavor is much richer.
The pasta seems to be fresh pasta, with a smooth feel on the tongue and a chewy texture.
It was a pasta that paired really well with the rich cheese and carbonara sauce.
The salt level was just right too, making it a very delicious, well-balanced carbonara overall.

After the meal, we had a “cappuccino.”
For drinks, there are items you order separately and items available at the “drink bar.”
Coffee drinks are part of the “drink bar.”

For dolce, we had “tiramisu.”
It’s a classic tiramisu that really brings out the flavors of mascarpone cheese and coffee syrup.
From the antipasto bar to the dolce, this was a lunch where you can fully enjoy Italian food.
