The first floor of ACTA Nishinomiya’s West Building is a “restaurant street,” lined with eateries spanning all kinds of genres.
While the restaurant floor at the neighboring Gardens has a slightly upscale feel, ACTA seems to have more casual, everyday places.

They serve shio, shoyu, and miso ramen, as well as abura soba.

This tonkatsu chain recently opened in ACTA.
They have a very wide variety of tonkatsu dishes, and you can also get bento boxes to go.

This is a curry specialty shop where you can enjoy carefully made curry.
You can switch your rice to turmeric rice for free, and they also offer a weekday-only daily curry.

This place had been operating near the market even before ACTA Nishinomiya was built.
It is basically an izakaya, but from Wednesday to Saturday they also open for lunch and serve set meals.

This beef sagari steak specialty shop opened about two years ago.
You can choose from different gram sizes and sauces, and takeout is also available.

For each dish, you can choose whether to have it as a set meal or served in a jubako-style box, and you can also choose the gram size.

As the name suggests, this is a seafood specialty restaurant where you can enjoy sushi and fisherman-style dishes.
