The first floor of ACTA Nishinomiya’s West Building is a “restaurant street,” lined with eateries spanning all kinds of genres.
While the restaurant floor at the neighboring Gardens has a slightly upscale feel, ACTA seems to have more casual, everyday places.

This tonkatsu chain recently opened in ACTA.
They have a very wide variety of tonkatsu dishes, and you can also get bento boxes to go.
