Featured Events in Nishinomiya
Saturday the 29th
Singer “Amatsuki” will be appearing at Nishinomiya Gardens. We covered it in an article.
He’s quite good-looking and seems to have a huge fanbase, so if you go just out of curiosity, you might be surprised by the crowd.
It may rain, so bring a raincoat.
Sunday the 30th
There are two featured events on Sunday. Since rain is forecast, they might be canceled, but we’ll introduce them anyway.
The first is “Honwaka Shopping Street ‘Burari – Choi Nomi – BEER Street’,” held at Koshienguchi Shopping Street.
It runs from 11:00 to 20:00, and you can enjoy casual drinks in an open space.
There will be classics like karaage and yakisoba, plus items like grilled turban shell, seared roast duck, and roast beef.
For more Nishinomiya event information, please see the 2019 Nishinomiya City Event Calendar.
This Week’s Wrap-Up
This week, once again, there were quite a few topics from the Nishinomiya-kitaguchi area.
In our article about the beer terrace at Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens, we mistakenly wrote that it would open on the 27th, but the correct date was Friday the 29th. We apologize.
The opening date was listed as the 27th in TownWork, which was our source, so we published it as-is. We sincerely apologize to our readers and everyone involved.
Also, the deadline for the survey in the article “What Would You Like to See Built on the Former Gyomu Super Site?” will be Monday.
Thank you to all the readers who responded to the survey!!
At the moment, it’s a close race between 7-Eleven, Mos Burger, Sushiro, and Gyomu Super.
We’re looking forward to seeing what comes in first.
Now that the rainy season has started, it’s humid and umbrellas are a must, but Nishi2 will keep going full steam ahead!
That’s it for this week’s Nishi2.
See you next week for more of the latest Nishinomiya news from Nishi2!
