Finally, finally! We’ve passed 100,000 monthly readers!! That’s about 20% of Nishinomiya City’s population. That’s 2 out of every 10 people! (Strictly speaking, we also get access from Tokyo and Osaka, so the actual number is probably a little lower…)

A Quick Comment on the October 2019 Article Ranking
The line at Ippudo, which took 1st place, must have looked like a big mystery to anyone who didn’t know what was going on. It was a simple event offering free ramen, but giving away 680 bowls for free is pretty generous.
The 2nd-place article about the person making mysterious sounds at Koshien, like the 1st-place Ippudo article, shows that there’s a lot of demand for articles that solve those “I saw that once, but what was it?” kinds of mysteries.
As for the 5th-place article about the Amazon warehouse, maybe many people didn’t even know there was an Amazon warehouse in Nishinomiya in the first place.
Opening-related articles included Yuge Roastery, Potekara-ya, and Nishinomiya Ramen Yakyubu. Potekara-ya was published on October 30, but it still ranked 9th, which shows just how much attention it got.

A Quick Comment on the September 2019 Gourmet Article Ranking
The top 3 were all Gardens articles, and 7 of the top 10 were Gardens-related. That’s why we also made a roundup article covering all 26 shops on the 4th floor of Gardens!
Other highly ranked articles included well-known shops such as Taishoan and Tsumagari. By the way, the opening article for THE ALLEY at Lalaport has also remained popular for a long time.
This month as well, instead of ranking all of October, we included the final week of September. Reason → because some hidden popular articles didn’t have enough time to gain access in that one week and wouldn’t have appeared in the ranking otherwise.

Recently, Nishitsu members Daa, Mama, and Niko have had more chances to hear people say “I read Nishitsu” when they go out to cover gourmet spots and shops, and they’re really happy about it!
