A Word on the May 2020 Article Ranking
Since the state of emergency had been declared, COVID-related articles drew a lot of access, including the reopening of Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens, effective ways to use masks, and Izumiya’s temporary closure for a refresh.
Among them, perhaps the most shocking was the closing of Airen in front of Mondo-Yakujin Station. We saw many social media posts from people sharing memories, like how they used to go there with their parents when they were little.
Also, the opening of Life along Yamate Kansen in May was probably a major event.
A few slightly surprising articles also made the ranking, such as “There’s a place that used to be part of Amagasaki” and “There’s an unfamiliar black train.”

A Word on the May 2020 Gourmet Article Ranking
In May, about 80 to 90 percent of the gourmet articles were about takeout. Takeout has an unbeatable casual feel to it, so please use these articles as a reference.

, who is writing this article, has a small appetite and is also a picky eater, so I’m not exactly a foodie. That’s why I’m writing this section while wondering whether I’m really the right person to be writing it.
So I leave the gourmet articles completely to these four Nishitsu members who love eating
, but I also tried the onigiri in Koshien Gobancho, and they were absolutely the real deal. They were so good that a teacher could assign every Miyakko to eat one by the end of the week as homework.
