Page views increased by about 100,000 from March! The number of users also rose by 20,000!
For reference, in April 2019, the same month the previous year, we had:

That was the total.
Both page views and users are now about 9 times higher. Last year we said roughly 1 in 24 people was a Nishi2 reader, but this year the calculation comes out to about 1 in 3 people being a Nishi2 reader.(That assumes all access came from Nishinomiya residents, so it’s not strictly accurate.)

A Quick Note on the April 2020 Article Ranking
This month, articles about facilities closed in Nishinomiya due to COVID-19 and takeout articles saw a jump in traffic. Amabie was popular too.
Because people are staying home, there haven’t been many changes around town, but there was still some bright news, such as the commercial facility in front of Mukogawadanchi-mae.

We posted as many as 173 articles in May April! This may also have been the highest number in Nishi2 history. That comes out to an average of 5.7 articles per day!
